Patients requiring face-to-face appointments will continue as scheduled (will be contacted by clinic staff day prior). Patients whose care has been rescheduled as a virtual health appointment or postponed will be contacted by clinic staff.

CHANGES TO SERVICE CAPABILITIES: 

Currently orienting units/brigades to changes in clinic functioning, how to establish VTC/telephonic consultation services and psychoeducation-forward ways of using VTC with unit/brigade leadership and SMs.
