The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Neurosurgery Clinic

The Neurosurgery Clinic at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center Offers evaluation and treatment of disorders of the brain, spinal cord, spine and nerves. Patients are referred by their Primary Care Manager. Appointments can be made by calling the clinic.

***NOTE: MRI and X-ray imaging must be completed before an appointment may be scheduled.***

Depending on appointment availability, this service may be open to: active duty and their family members, retirees and their family members, non-TRICARE beneficiaries such as DOD civilians, contractors, DoDEA teachers and families of these non-TRICARE beneficiaries.
