Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Hematology/Oncology

The Hematology and Medical Oncology Service at LRMC offers comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic outpatient hematology and oncology services to all adult beneficiaries throughout the European Regional Medical Command. Our two board certified hematologist/medical oncologists, three chemotherapy certified nurses, and dedicated professional support staff look forward to assisting you. New patients are accepted through a referral placed by requesting physicians. We are also home to LRMC's outpatient infusion service, providing infusions on a referral basis.
