Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the 
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Pre Procedure Unit

Providing preparation for successful surgical intervention by processing all scheduled surgical patients.

Accomplishing completion of all necessary pre-operative procedures and paperwork. This includes a visit with patient administration, nursing and anesthesia.

Pre-procedure appointments can be completed prior to or on the same day as pre-operative visits with surgeon.
