Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the 
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Readiness and Oral Wellness

All service members or Warriors are required to maintain a state of readiness for deployment. The clinic encourages all service members to call the appointment line to schedule a cleaning and annual exam when they are within a 60-day window of their next exam. Simple fillings may be performed at the time of the cleaning and exam appointment to achieve oral wellness or Dental Readiness Classification (DRC) 1.
