Emergency Care
The Emergency Room at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center offers emergency care 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. We provide high quality medical care for all ages for emergent, urgent and acute conditions in a safe, clean and professional environment. We do not have the ability to care for cardiovascular emergencies, severe trauma and burns; if you present to the emergency department with these conditions you will be transferred to a local German facility which has those capabilities.
Services for Behavioral Health and Sexual Assault are also available at the LRMC Emergency Department.
***If you have a medical emergency, please dial 112 or go to the nearest emergency room.***
If you are a TRICARE Prime patient and go to a German clinic or hospital without a referral, you must call the International SOS emergency line at 0800-181-8505 (toll-free from Germany) or their international line at 0044-20-8762-8133 (someone will call you back).
Non-Emergency After Hours Care
Not all after hours medical concerns are emergencies but you can still address them, no matter the time of day.
Nurse Advice Line: For 24-hour medical advice, call 0800-825-1600. Some mobile phones can't call a toll-free number.
