Audiology Clinic & Hearing Conservation Clinic
The Audiology and Hearing Conservation Clinics are separate clinics that are conveniently co-located in Wing 15A.
The Audiology Clinic provides inpatient and outpatient hearing health care that includes the diagnostic evaluation and nonmedical remediation of hearing disorders. All Active-duty patients and beneficiaries eligible for care at LRMC are referred by their Primary Care Manager. Appointments can be made by calling DSN 590-5820 or CIV 06371-9464-5820.
The Hearing Conservation Booth provides annual hearing tests to maintain combat readiness and prevent occupationally related noise-induced hearing loss. We provide hearing tests for active duty service members, new recruits and civilian employees on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Appointments for hearing booth tests can be made on Tricare Online or by calling 06371-9464-5820 or DSN 590-5820.
There are limited walk-in slots available per testing group and patients will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis. In order to guarantee you will be seen, please make an appointment.
Ear protection fitting for active duty service members can be seen on a walk-in basis if Audiologist or certified technician is available.
