Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

The Infection Prevention and Control (IPaC) team at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center is comprised of dedicated and compassionate professionals who provide evidence-based guidance to staff, patients and all others connected in the LRMC footprint in Germany, Belgium and Italy.

Being entrusted with Infection Prevention for Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors, Marines, Civilians and local Nationals is a special privilege. Anything less than our BEST EFFORT violates that trust.

We are available for consultation during business hours but may be reached 24/7 for urgent infection control issues or Outpatient concerns.
