Now is the time to review you and your family members' current health plans, consider your needs for 2025, and learn about your coverage choices. TRICARE Open Season begins Monday, Nov. 11 and ends Tuesday, Dec. 10. Enrollment changes made during TRICARE Open Season will go into effect on Jan. 1, 2025.
We are excited to announce changes to the TRICARE Plus Program at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center. These changes are designed to better serve our patient population and provide consistent, quality care for our retiree and non-command sponsored, TRICARE-eligible population. Previously, the program allowed exceptions to policy on a case-by-case basis throughout the year. We are now aligning with TRICARE’s and the Medicare/Medicaid open enrollment seasons. Our clinical team will assess applications to identify beneficiaries whose medical history aligns with the proficiency requirements of our clinical staff.
The Defense Health Agency’s Virtual Education Center is an online educational platform with more than 50,000 resources covering 60 medical topics. The Virtual Education Center puts the power in your hands to research health topics before you talk to your provider.

Landstuhl Regional Medical Center's primary mission is to support active duty service members by providing them high-quality, compassionate and safe patient care. Landstuhl Regional Medical Center provides various resources for space-available care to retirees, DOD civilians, DODEA staff, DOD contractors, and their family members. *Please note: These are space-available resources which may not always be available to all patients, depending on staffing and current operations.
U.S. Army Col. Theodore Brown, commander of Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, welcomes you to Team LRMC.
Tiffany Wood, a registered nurse at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center’s Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, prepares a patient for a surgical procedure at LRMC.
