William Brown, chief for the Center for Nursing Science and Clinical Inquiry at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Landstuhl, Germany, was recently awarded the Army Medical Department’s (AMEDD) 9A Proficiency Designator in recognition of his contributions to Army Medicine as a Nurse Practitioner.

Maroon Surge 22 tests LRMC, partners’ readiness

To build readiness and interoperability with strategic partners, Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC) conducted Maroon Surge 22, a pre-planned Mass Casualty (MASCAL) emergency response training exercise, on March 10. It was the first exercise of its kind at LRMC since 2019, due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.
